We have the most exciting news! Our older students were invited to feature in the most well-known South African TV series that’ s been on the air for more than 20 years. They featured in the 7 de Laan episode on 14 February 2022. The students performed with the beautiful ballet and contemporary dance, choreographed by Alisa Balayan, the owner and teacher at Orlovska Dance Academy.
It was such a privilege for our students to be on the same set as the famous South African actors and actresses such as Hildegardt Silkiewicz, Nobuhle Mimi Mahlasela, Ray Neo Buso and Ingrid Paulus. The 7 de Laan production Team was extremely happy with the girls’ performance and said that 7 de Laan has never had something like this before.
