Details:
Expanding upon Steps 1 & 2, Step 3 aims to establish a solid foundation in both classical ballet and Contemporary dance by seamlessly blending technique, proper posture, precise body alignment, and musicality. All the exercises and dances are designed so that the kids use their imagination and have a lot of fun. Furthermore, at this stage, our primary objective is to enhance physical and cognitive comprehension, while simultaneously fostering flexibility and strength necessary for the rigorous training in classical ballet and contemporary dance. Additionally, we introduce the exciting realm of acrobatics to children at this level, which greatly contributes to their growth and proficiency in contemporary dance. Last but not least, to fortify their confidence and build strength, we also introduce the children to the vibrant world of hip hop.

Uniform requirements:
BALLET
Girls: Pink Leotard with White Lace Skirt to be only purchased from our supplier Fiona. Pink/white socks for summer; pink/white tights for winter to be purchased at any ballet shop. Plain pink ballet shoes to be purchased at any ballet shop
Hairstyle: plain ballet bun
Boys: ODA branded Tshirt, black hotpants, white socks, black ballet shoes

ACRO BEGINNER
Girls: Light Teal Leotard and black hotpants. Hairstyle: high pony tail
