Within the captivating world of Rising Stars 4, dancers continue to refine their technique from the Rising stars 3 program. Demi-pointe work becomes more polished in both the Centre and at the Barre, while the focus intensifies on mastering pirouettes, executing grand allegro with remarkable jumps, and pushing the boundaries of pointe work. The tempo of exercises accelerates, demanding heightened speed, precision, and musicality. The choreography at this level becomes more sophisticated, fostering the development of elaborate acting skills, adding depth and nuance to performances.

Simultaneously, dancers explore the dynamic realms of hip hop, acrobatics, and contemporary dance, acquiring distinct skill sets that enhance their versatility and artistic expression. In hip hop, they refine intricate footwork, embrace the nuances of rhythm, and develop their freestyle abilities, infusing their performances with individual style and personality. Acrobatics empowers dancers with body control, balance, and agility, enabling them to execute gravity-defying tricks, flips, and tumbling sequences that captivate audiences. In contemporary dance, young artists delve into the realm of expressiveness, exploring fluidity, improvisation, and emotive storytelling through unique movement vocabulary and intricate floorwork.

Girls: Maroon Leotard with Maroon Skirt to be only purchased from our supplier Fiona. Pink/white tights to be purchased at any ballet shop. Plain pink ballet shoes to be purchased at any ballet shop. Pointe shoes if eligible. Hairstyle: plain ballet bun
Boys: ODA branded T-shirt, black hotpants, white socks, black ballet shoes

ACRO JUNIOR 3
